Lou Barberini is a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Planner with Tre Api Wealth Management. Lou received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco and an MBA in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Lou is a member of the California Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s, where he passed the AICPA’s Financial Planning exam.

Challenge

He spent the midpart of his career with the San Francisco Police Department working undercover as a narcotics officer. He is the only officer in the history of SFPD to be designated to the Drug Enforcement Administration for his forensic and money laundering expertise. Lou has been quoted on financial matters in the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, the Chronicle, AICPA Planner, and Investment News. Lou has previously been on the board and treasurer of the Northern California Handball Association, Westside Observer, and Gotham by the Bay Media LLC. Lou is also on the board of the SFPD Widows & Orphans.

Solution

The primary strategy is to preserve and grow our clients’ families’ wealth for future generations. This is achieved by analyzing the risks and tax implications of each investment, as well as how the selection of investment choices diversifies our clients’ portfolios to mitigate the damage that can be caused by concentrated investment positions. Nimbus Design created a brochure style websites that communicates Lou Barberini’s services and messaging to cater to his target audience.
