ProcessCollaboration Site
An online Collaboration Site is created to facilitate communication among the project team. Throughout the various phases of the project – from analysis to production to rollout – the project team can use the site to hone goals and sharpen execution.
The Collaboration Site may be used for the following:
- to present an analysis of the client’s competition
- to conduct user surveys indicating desired solution features
- to host reviews and discussions of design proposals
- to house documents exchanged among the project team
- to display the project plan, delivery schedule and like information
