Cisco Unity delivers powerful unified messaging and intelligent voice messaging to improve communications, boost productivity, and enhance customer service capabilities across organizations. The Corner Café campaign provides a partner-branded marketing tool set to support sales of Cisco Unity through its Gold, Silver, and Premium Partners.
The Partners can generate pre-formatted interactive e-mail messages that drive their customers to a co-branded website by promising a free cup of Starbucks Coffee. The site features Flash animation with a voice-delivered message, and advertises Cisco Unity as a part of the partner's own product or service line. Interested prospects register to receive the free cup of coffee and to learn more about the product. Direct mail ads that integrate the concept are also used as part of the campaign. Behind the scenes, robust reporting features allow the partner to track its own performance, and allow Cisco to track the performance of all of its partners.
